You know I wanted to give this a better rating. Let’s start with the good. The store was clean. And the staff was friendly.
The bad: the donuts were stale. The coffee tasted burnt. The only option was a kiosk to order (I don’t know why that is so annoying, but with one kiosk it was). Overall the food and coffee wasn’t good. It also took over 10 minutes to get served the two donuts I ordered. 10 minute to get a stale donut…
I never leave bad reviews but I can’t help myself. Walked in and I was the only customer inside. Nobody greeted me so I tried the kiosk. No problem I’m good with technology to make things more efficient. Finished the order and it just spun, then went back to starting page. I saw another customer place an order at counter in the mean time so I went there. After a minute a dude with his lips barbelled together asked if I had a mobile order and I said no the kiosk didn’t work so I’d like to place an order. He mumbled through the barbells that they were short staffed and couldn’t take my order right now and turned and walked away. I turned and walked out in disgust past four other customers now in line. DO BETTER
I want to write this review as kindly as possible but I have met some of the most unpleasant people at this establishment. I understand food service is a difficult job to do as i’ve done it myself, by the people almost seem mad whenever i order a drink. I had one woman today who scoffed at me multiple times for asking questions and was generally the most unpleasant person to talk to. I get having bad days, but please don’t reflect that onto other people. On top of that, service is insanely slow so don’t get hopes up that service will be fast.
My coffee was full of sugar at the bottom and the breakfast sandwich’s was burnt. I could not eat them or drink the coffee and bought them back the next morning. The manager on duty was telling another customer that they’re not Allowed to give away coffee beans, if the department of health comes in he would hide the bucket. He then started to walk away, while I was standing there and I had to stop him. I asked if they can remake the order and he said where is the receipt. I should him on the bag where they put the paper receipt. He than said I should have brought it back yesterday. It’s nothing he could do and started walking away again. I told him I was a work and they are closed when I got off. He then started yelling at me and saying since I was arguing with him, he’s not gonna give me anything. Now remind you, he never promised to remake the order in the first place. This was just an excuse not to remake my food. This manager was actually yelling and screaming telling me to get out and don’t come back. It’s funny because I only go there because my sister likes it. Him telling me not to come back doesn’t hurt me. I asked him for corporate number and he gave me the number and his name like he does this all the time. This is one of the worst managers I ever talk to. From the other reviews, he is used to doing this. I will be talking to corporate. Starbucks is 3 min away where I normally get my coffee anyway. I wish I would have taken pics and a video of how he was acting before he threw the food away.
Went there during lunch, only to go in and them say they can’t serve me because the resister is not in function. However, the register for the drive through was working. All I wanted was a croissant.I guess they need a college degree to know how to walk over and ring it up on a different register which they couldn’t handle. They should close up the place. There is always something going wrong at the n.main st Anderson SC location. So glad they opened the one on Greenville street Anderson SC. We’ll just have to drive a extra miles to get better service.
