Rude Employee. She wouldn’t let us get the cold brew coffee for $2 when we were paying with the app and had activated the offer. The hash Browns were soggy, not crispy, there was no turkey on the turkey, sausage, egg and cheese croissant. If you want your order to be correct and to be able to use the offers in the app you have to order in the app. That’s what I normally do and this is a great reminder as to why I normally order in the app. Very disappointed.
This is the 2nd time that I ordered tea and received a coffee tea mixture. I ordered a Large Latch’s tea latte with Almond milk and received coffee matcha tea mixture!!! Why???!!! DISGUSTING 🤮
This place is so hit or miss. Usually the coffee (I typically get an iced coffee) is very good! However, the food is either great or awful. It’s a gamble on any given day but I find it’s usually correlated with the staff on that day. Staff are similar to the food in that you either get very good staff or folks who seem like they don’t want to be there.
All that being said, my biggest gripe with this location is the donuts. I genuinely want to know if they make their donuts at the beginning of the week and then just keep pulling them out as the week goes on. Most donuts I get from here are borderline stale whereas Dunkin’ donuts should taste fresh. If they could fix the donut issue I’d give them a 4 star but until they correct this major issue, best I can do is a 3.
This is, by far, the worst Duncan! I don’t expect a huge welcome, but a good morning or a smile won’t hurt you!! Can we also please get someone else to do the ordering? They are ALWAYS out of stuff! You are missing a ton of sales because someone doesn’t know how to do their job! So frustrating!
I usually ask for 2 vanilla cream filled doughnuts, which they are usually out of. But yesterday I asked for them and the gentleman over the intercom said they were out at first but then stopped himself and said wait we actually have 2. So I got those and got all the way home they were the complete wrong doughnuts. I was very disappointed and I was already home I wasn’t going to drive back so I gave the doughnuts to my neighbors. The service is usually good when I get waited on by this woman with darker hair but I guess the gentleman working the window didn’t read the labels on the doughnuts right or something. Want a refund or 2 correct doughnuts.
