Went in today to meet my sister for coffee and just chat. Service was decent and food was pretty good. What made it a poor experience is that we have to listen to employees talk very loudly across the counter about how bad of a place it was to work for. We finally just had to cut our time short as the staff was becoming even more unprofessional. This was 4/24/18
Just bought my favorite cold brew. Bitter as heck! When I called the store to verify that it was in fact brewed right the woman told me that it’s supposed to be very bitter. I tried to explain that cold brew is the opposite (in fact that’s why I prefer it) and she just kept saying that’s how it’s supposed to be.
This particular Dunkin consistently serves coffee that is off, I wish someone higher up would fix that.
They usually make my coffee perfect…. I got a really super Duper sad donut today. And they never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever give me napkins EVER!!!! Yall gots to do better!!
Never have a full dozen of doughnuts that is worth eating. Didn’t realize was only given 6 when I paid for 12!!! And it never fails when ordering coffee that’s on their menu they act as if it is the first time someone has ever ordered it. Staff act as if they absolutely hate their job.
Coffee was great. Donuts were good but can’t compare to KK donuts. Sorry DD. Service was excellent and friendly.
