Bagel was terrible. Smelled like an ashtray then I saw it was burnt on a spot. Picked off the burnt part and it still smelled and tasted burnt. You can tell it still won’t be good if it isn’t burnt. First and last time ever going to a dunkin donut
Customer service definitely needs improvement. I overheard the young lady who took my order talking mess after I placed my order. I guess she was frustrated that she actually had to…do her job. My sister and I had a few questions about syrup flavors and hot vs. cold coffee options. She thought she muted her headset but I heard her. I wish her the best in securing a job that she actually enjoys. And may the energy she put out today return to her abundantly. 🙂
Everyone that I have encountered here is Wonderful! Today what really wowed me is a nice gentleman started discussing the eclipse today and asked if we have seen it and I told him I did not have any glasses. This guy offered his eclipse glasses so my kids and I can view the eclipse! So thoughtful and kind! Thank you Dunkin for always going the extra mile with your customers and of course the delicious coffee🖤
This is what happens when a store is primarily run by kids…..
It’s difficult for me to accept a meal put together so carelessly if the store is buzzing, and I still give them a pass because I try to put myself in their shoes.
This time, on the other hand, is unacceptable because the store was completely empty (including the drive thru).
The standard of donuts and coffee that the employees issue to customers here, whether with or without manager oversight, is egregious and unacceptable. I ordered 2 strawberry donuts and they so bare frosted and uneven that the result tasted partially glazed. The caramel latte I ordered tasted like zero caramel swirls were even pumped into it and they just called it a day by adding creamer. I’m sorry for anyone who wastes their money here and keep your expectations low if you do. I expect better.
