    This location used to be my go to because it is closer but over time the iced coffee started to not be so good. I get the same iced coffee every day which I pictured below. Almond milk is extra which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with is the amount of almond milk now being given. Being that I do mobile orders, I do not bring my purse and today I asked for a splash more almond milk and was advised I would need to pay extra. Really?? For a splash more of almond milk that I already paid extra for? This will be my last time coming to this location and will go to the other one just a few minutes further that I never have to ask to correct my iced coffee. Imagine all the money I have spent for the past couple years every day getting iced coffee and being advised I need to pay extra for a splash of almond milk that I had already paid for. Embarrassing! Please look at how dark it is to give you an idea of how much almond milk they give and says that’s “standard”.

    The location is good except employees should know to WARM UP the Croissant Stuffers before handing them very fridge cold food at the drive-through. People don’t have time to come back around to have things properly done because you know… running errands, running for work, Dunkin’ running?
    Suggestion: Warm up food that is intended to be provided warm…

    I’m an everyday regular at this location. On my way to work I always order ahead, and as anyone knows after every mobile order you get a conformation. Today I ordered my coffee online per usual, I walk in and my coffee wasn’t ready and I was asked my name then the employee proceeded to look for a ticket or my coffee but they didn’t see either one so the employee proceeds to tell me because there isn’t a ticket for me that they couldn’t make my coffee. Even though I had my phone with the conformation #, location and everything. I asked to speak to the manager, she intervened aggressively telling me they didn’t have a ticket then she looked up at the order screen and sees my name then looks at me like oh I see your name on the screen, has someone make the coffee and dismisses me without an apology or nothing. I told the manager the way she handled this situation was very unprofessional that it was obviously an error on their end, maybe they were out of printer paper or something. I should have not been refused my order, the manager then begins to talk over me telling me that I can contact cooperate basically being smart to me. I will most defiantly be contacting cooperate because this was no way to be a manager to a paying loyal customer!!

    Went through drive theough….i cannot believe that Dunkins has gotten so bad!!!! I ordered 6 bravarran creme. Got home made a cup of tea and thought I was going to get something delicious, instead I got very dissapointed. The donut was gooey and the filling was disgusting!! It was almost clear and had no taste at all, nowhere near Bavarian Creme!
    It had been awhile since I been to a Dunkin, but never again!! I wouldn’t feed that to a pig….when I crave donuts from now on its the other famous donut shop for me, I do not recommend Dunkin Donuts…..

    So disappointed after my experience this morning. I went inside to pick up a mobile order to be blatantly ignored by the acne face big booty girl that was standing right in front of me when I initially addressed her. She was beyond rude and I patronize often. She will definitely hear from me again when she’s standing in drive thru next time. The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the pleasant young man usually working drive thru. This location is going downhill fast.
