Employees were not friendly at all. We ordered a hot coffee, iced coffee, a cup of water, and 2 donuts. The hot coffee had no flavor. The iced coffee tasted old, and the donuts were stale. We did not even drink our coffees. The employees were more concerned as to why the next shift were not there to relieve them instead of taking care of the customers. And we never even got the cup of water even after asking a second time for it.
I’ve been here a few times, the hash browns were good but falling completely apart (still edible so I didn’t care) the coffee was great the first day but idk what changed the next few times I ordered the same thing 🫤. Overall the place has a review except the quality differs based on who is working I think
. I always use the mobile app so that is always a plus bc I can walk right in and out
Parking is terrible though. The design of the line wrapping around the building cuts off the parking a bit 🤷🏽♀️
Quick and friendly staff. Thank you for having the delivery ready when I got there. This makes life easier for all involved in deliveries. Smiles on every face. Thank you guys for making this workday a little nicer today
Went for the first time last week, wonderful customer service and perfectly made drink .
Decided to go again today, service was so so, but the drink was awful. Nothing like what was served last week. Whomever was making drinks today had no clue what they were doing.
Zero consistency.
I love Dunkin, but this location is really going down hill. My drink orders are usually right, although not always full when I pick them up. But my food orders are nearly always wrong. Every time I’ve ordered a donut recently, they’ve either been stale or poor quality. Had a Boston cream today with all the icing melted off and couldn’t eat it.
