I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived. The lemon drop cookie was the best part of my lunch. It was soft, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Everything was still hot when I drove 15 minutes back home. The only problem was the turkey had a funny taste to it so I didn’t eat my sandwich. And I wasn’t pleased with the miniature size of cream cheese I received..The young man who brought my food out was very friendly. There wasn’t a long wait once I arrived either
My bagel sandwich here was amazing. Absolutely no complaints there. But my wife ordered a soufflé and didn’t get it for over 30 mins. Turned out they accidentally gave it to someone else and they were now out. Thankfully they made a new one for her. With her being pregnant and craving a soufflé, I’m glad they made her one. I may have not survived to write a review otherwise.
Wifey really likes this place. It’s got great food selection, with pretty fair prices. The staff is really nice and helpful too. I love the sandwiches, but my wife really enjoys the salads. It does get pretty busy on the weekends, so be warned.
We have been to the location twice for breakfast. The first time, service was slow getting sandwiches even though only ones waiting. Food tasted good though. The second time, we went through drive thru and they keyed in the incorrect sandwich, so I did not receive correct item (and charged for wrong one). A digital screen of order like at McDonald’s would have been nice and we could have caught the error before paying and receiving at the next window. I ate it but I did not enjoy as I would have if I got what I asked for/had time for them to correct it.
I didn’t catch her name tonight but the manager who took care of me after my order had the wrong items was amazing and sweet. She made everything right and I’ll definitely be back just for her, and will hopefully catch her name next time. Thank you again!
