They could not make change with bills and gave me $8 in quarters, dimes, and nickels. What a mess! The server that rang it up could not count change and laid it all out on the counter in groups of 1 dollar. Not well managed store. The manager should see to it that all registers maintain the correct amount of change and make sure people that are handling money know what they are doing. I wonder if they balance at the end of a shift.
Went in for a lunch meeting today. I had the Philly Steak, my co worker had the mac and cheese. The Philly steak on toasted bread, along with the onions was delicious! The mac and cheese was cold, and we had to go back to get a fresh one.
The dine in experience, and the customer service was great!
Went there last week. There was one girl taking orders and preparing the food. The girl was friendly but wow. She was making about three meals and the line at the register was to the door, when I finally left. I didn’t know one person ran the show..
I felt bad for that girl. I typically order ahead of time, but when I initially walked in and seen the line was short, I figured I could just order. It was about 40 minutes before I got my food. I had asked the girl preparing my food, if she had any help and she told me her manager was there but she was in the back. I’ve never seen anything like that before. My sandwich was messed up, but I didn’t even want her to remake it because I had to go back to work. And I did not get to speak with the manager either. I figured I would call. When I called and told her my concerns, she told me she could offer me a bagel, but there was no way I could report that upwards and there was nothing else she could do for me because I ate some of the food. (I ate the soup from a soup and sandwich combo). I order at this Panera 2x a month and never had that issue before. If you don’t have the staffing, you should put a sign or something. I wouldn’t have ordered at all if I knew I was going to have to wait that long.
When I walked into this restaurant the first thing I noticed was smokey atmosphere and the dinning area was not clean at all.
There were customers sitting with their legs up on the tables.
The cashier that helped us told us the fountain machines were down and that they only had water tea and lemonade. This was not true, the tea was terrible and the lemonade was even worse.
We had already ordered but decided to get a full refund. This is not typical of the this Panera location and I am very shocked.
Sorry but I give reviews good and unfortunately bad.
I was not confident that this would have been a good dinning experience for us so I had to leave.
Hopefully this will be rectified before my next visit. I’m just not going to give up on this location. I just can’t.
Worst service at this location. A bunch of kids are running a professional business. Got my order wrong. Had to wait a good while before my order was taken. Food was all right. Bread was really dry. I have had Panera before, and this one is by far one of the worst locations. Management needs to show these employees how to act at work.
