5 Reviews on “Panera Bread”
Panera Bread is consistent with good food, decor nd service. I have had slight variations in service twice or thrice but the brand remains satisfying.
I came to this location to get soup for my girlfriend who was sick at home. My app said that the food was ready, but I couldn’t see it in any of the designated pick-up locations. I decided that maybe the food just wasn’t out yet and waited. I sat there for around 10 minutes before asking an employee out front about the order. He told me they mark it complete early sometimes and I just need to wait. He then decided to go back and check himself. He returned with the food saying that it was ready, but it was just in the wrong spot.
On top of all of this, I made it home only to find that I was missing the soup that I came there for. Mind you, this is a franchise location, so if something is wrong with your order you can suffer through customer support only to be told that the owner will reach out to you and they never do.
Sadly this is not my first bad experience here, but it may be my last.
I like the food and the concept, but it seemed kind of like a cookie cut version of every other american style ‘Cafe.’
What I ordered versus what I received wasn’t as good as the advertisement. The soup was delicious, but had far less broccoli(or pieces of broccoli)… than I expected…
The greens on my sandwich were less than fresh and were not consumed.
I will try again another time, perhaps the time day played a role in my experience, who’s to say?
Had the most amazing experience at Panera drive thru in Summerville today! Shout out to the sweetest, most patient person taking my order today. Her name was Chasity!! I ended up making a lot of changes to my order and needing to sub out ingredients, but she was so patient and kind And even though I didn’t expect it, she re-rang the order so I would save money. I apologized for my picky order and told her how appreciative I was for her patience and kindness. I tipped her $10 for her troubles. Thank you, CHASITY, for being you and blessing me on a day when I surely needed it.
I’m giving them three-star because, the ciabatta cheesestake was mostly bread and very little meat. The bread was very tasty, if you want a bread sandwich.
