    So met up with friends tonight at panera North Myrtle Beach. I Have eaten many times at the ones in Sarasota, and also Oklahoma City. This time very disappointed at Noth Myrtle location.
    First the gentleman took my order was friendly. He asked if I would like a 50% off one of the pastries with my dinner. I said yes and picked one out. He then said oh I can’t find the 50% discount button so you can’t have it. Considering they didn’t look good they’ve been sitting there out since early this morning, And probably gonna get thrown away shortly he could have just done it. Second I ordered coffee as my beverage got the cup filled it up with coffee couldn’t find Cream anywhere. Asked him where the cream was he said oh it didn’t come in in the truck we don’t have any milk products your only choice is Is almond milk. He should have told me ahead a time I wouldn’t have gotten the coffee. I ordered the Margarita pizza which looks nothing like a Margarita pizza it should have had Mozzarella cheese and basil.. Which was not on. It was a cheapTasting pizza that you would have picked up in a Circle K.. It’s very disappointing… Sad panera used to be one of my favorite places will not come again or bring Guest for dinner.

    I got an orange scone, chocolate croissant, and vanilla cinnamon roll for us to go. The cashier was courteous, timely and patient. I’ve had many things for dine in and take out; and the food and service is always good here.

    This is the worst Panera. They can never get an order right. I need to stop trying. Today I ordered 1/2 chicken avocado sandwich and 1/2 green goddess salad. Both items include avocado. No avocado on either one once I got home. Called and was told I ordered before their shipment of avocado came in. Do you think maybe you should tell people that and offer a discount or something? Or don’t make the order until they come in to see if they still want that item? Avocados are what makes these items so expensive. This isn’t the first time avocado has been missing from an item I’ve ordered. Seems to me this is their way of saving money instead.

    Food got a 2 because of never being able to prepare the proper way (missing/ out of items)
    Service got a 3 because the young newer hires hate their jobs or working period (it shows)
    Atmosphere got 4 because the guests ♥️ are so friendly. I enjoy seeing them regularly as well as some of the workers ♥️
    Crew working on 05-23 around 8:30am was AMAZING! Great team work

    Manager, Logan, did a great job making things right after we had issues with a take out order. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of after a bad experience. Great customer service! Thank you Logan!
