$17 for a lack luster half of sandwich a bowl of soup. I ordered the French onion bowl of soup with the turkey avocado BLT. The turkey was dry and flavorless. They put 3 tiny pieces of limp undercooked bacon on it. They put way too much mayo and lettuce on it, oh and they forgot the avocado. Hands down the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. There was very little flavor. My fiancé order the cup of French onion soup and the chipotle chicken avocado melt she said it was also dry and had very little flavor oh and they also forgot her avocado. The soup was decent but far from the best.
Nicely located and offers quick and efficient service. The Autumn Squash soup was delicious.
I’ve ordered from this Panera 3 times. 2/3 times they have completely forgotten half of my order. I ordered on Uber eats and they forgot my large mac n cheese and cream cheese for my bagel. My sister got her meal right and now all I have to eat is a dry bagel and lots of bread.
Food is great but customer service is not so good. I placed my order online for a pick up and when I arrived I was informed they didn’t have the drink I ordered and paid for. She did however ask if I wanted a replacement and I didn’t. I have ask for a refund three times since last that day once through corporate and twice at the store. I seem to be conveniently missing the GM when I stop again to get my food and have them return my money. I guess the girl that helped me out that day got a large $7 tip! Well good for her! So do yourself a favor and only order and pay for your food there don’t place an online order because if they mess up they don’t seem to be in a hurry to help.
Very slow and unprofessional. i paid $25 for an Italian sandwich, mac and cheese, and sweet tea. When I received it, it had meat cheese and a few banana peppers. No sauce no other veggies. When I brought it back you could hear the employees laughing and arguing. One girl was just leaning against the wall on her cell phone. Nobody here wanted to work. There was one nice employee that let me know they were out of the garlic aole but could give me mayo instead.
