I don’t know if all Lita’s treats are created equal but the one on Killian is SO GOOD!!!
First off, they’re always clean when we go in. The staff is always friendly and helpful and patient (you need patience because contemplating which yummy cupcakes you want takes time 😂)
Now on to the cupcakes. They are absolutely scrumptious! It’s so hard to capture the balance between a delightfully sweet cupcake and a nauseatingly sweet one, and they’ve mastered the art. The one downside is that you will keep going back. Again. And Again. And Again. 😄. Say goodbye to your waistline.
One more plus. I do not like red velvet cupcakes but i am IN LOVE with Lita’s red velvet #cupcakes! I’m a new believer.
Awesome selection of cupcakes and today they had cake slices. Delicious and great customer service. I always go on facebook to see the flavors they have for that day.
I recently went to this spot as I was buying Chicken Wings from Tasty Wings. The Server said hello and welcome when I entered the door so I felt welcomed. When I was up next in line, the server really gave me the impression that she wanted me to leave and get out. Yes, it was the end of the shift and her motivation was gone for the day. It really made me feel unappreciated as a customer. However, the cakes and cupcakes were good. You start strong, you finish strong!! I even knew what I wanted without hesitation and still the attitude SUCKED!!!

Depending on the day and the hour you never know what type of customers service you’ll get. There’s a lady who might be the owner because shes really nice and welcoming. The others are younger and are either having conversations or on their phone. My first time going it was one female and she was on her phone… seemed a bit annoyed that she had to put her phone down for a second to grab my cupcake and check me out but I’ve been back a few more times. I like the actual establishment and the setup. The cupcakes are presentable and I like the different flavors / options . I usually don’t try new things but I tried the chocolate turtle delight and it’s soooo good .
