Wow! Talk about a moist and fluffy cake! This is the first business I officially learned my way to (without maps) after moving to SC. I have tried the Pecan Praline and White Chocolate Raspberry so far. I can’t decide which one was better! The frosting is the tastiest cream cheese icing I have had in a long while. They do not skimp on the icing! <3
Have only been to the one location so far but the staff are always very friendly and helpful, the store is lovely & clean, and they have wonderful cakes. So glad my cousin recommended them! I'm sure I will now be a lifelong patron of Nothing Bundt Cakes. <3
Ive had their cakes in the past, and I was extremely impressed with customer service and the cakes!! Columbia didn’t disappoint at all, they had a line to the door. Everyone was waited on in a timely manner. You can preorder or pop in and pick up an item. They have the cutest set up and store decor for all the seasons. Parking is a beast in this area, not enough spaces due to apartments and other businesses in this plaza. I cant wait for the Lexington location to open, it has better parking.
They have a good variety of flavor and some gluten free options. Ive tried several flavors, moist and so tasty. They also decorate the cakes if you desire for special occasions. You cant go wrong with whatever you decide. The are just that good, I promise you will love them!
Nothing special about their cakes to me after wanting to see what the hype was about. Taste more like store bought cakes. It was fresh but it totally sucks that they don’t offer a fork to eat your cake. I had to go all the way in Lowes to get one. The customer service was aight. It could’ve been better. They have a variety flavors to choose from. I may give it another try later down the road choosing a different flavor.
When I entered the store the two staff were dealing with customers. Neither one of them acknowledged that I was in the store. I was standing there for a while. Then someone entered and the African american girl acknowledged that she entered the store. I don’t know your policy but it did seem a little odd and rude.
The District Manager around 29209 – I think that’s what they are referred to – stopped by my place of employment a few weeks back with samples and coupons and found out I have Celiac’s Disease and couldn’t eat what they brought… today they show up with a few GLUTEN FREE bundt cakes for me 😭😭😭😭♥️ I am so touched! The flavor and texture was incredible I am on a sugar rush and blown away by that level of customer service!!!
