My husband treated me to a sweet treat today after lunch and the ladies were SO helpful and friendly! The person ahead of us left their debit card in the machine and we were able to return it to the owner and the staff gave us an extra free cake for doing the right thing. Highly recommend this place and we will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you for your kindness
Now listen, it’s hard to buy a suitable cake for a baker that comes from a long line of bakers. This is the place! My wife is the best baker I’ve ever known and her mother and grandmother are both unbelievable. So much so that it has ruined me for Christmas cookies and such made by the little old ladies at work or church. Nothing compares to their baking. However for my wife’s birthday I reluctantly ordered a cake from a bakery (nothing Bundt cakes) and holy flipping smokes it was INCREDIBLE!!! My wife is literally savoring every bite and ranting about it. Guys this place is it. They are the one the Lord chose. If Jesus came back tomorrow and my wife couldn’t make Him a cake I’d order one from here! And it cost less than 50 bucks ….let’s gooo!!
Service can be hit or miss. The newer people working there have the typical “hate my job” attitude whereas the original staff always have a smile and excited for you to be there. Prices are high but once you try a Bundt you’ll totally understand why, delicious. Upset that they got rid of the bogo. Don’t stop in as much since they stopped offering it.
Very modest and humble people run and own this location. Was given the wrong flavor cake back in September 2023 and was told to contact them back to pickup another.. fast forward to now February 2024 I just remembered and contacted them to see what could be done and planned to be paying something for a cake but they honored the Free Replacement cake at no charge. They are awesome friendly and very understanding and I’m sure this mistake doesn’t happen often but with this occurrence they quickly fixed the situation even with the time gap. Even with this experience we have not had a bad one and the cakes are so good and moist. Beyond 5 stars for use. Love the Kirby Family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Last night I stopped into to buy two dozen buntinis for my staff…we were celebrating a hugely successful month and a special birthday! When I opened the boxes this morning, one dozen were missing the icing. I called the bakery and shared what had happened. Within an hour, the manager personally delivered another box to my workplace along with coupons for my staff to redeem for complimentary bundts at their bakery. Absolutely excellent customer service…bonus that they are so delicious!!!
