I went in to get my free cookie for my birthday and was told that I could only choose the chocolate chip cookie. That is not correct. I have spoken to people at the crumbl company and you’re supposed to be able to choose any cookie you would like with your birthday voucher. The girl helping me was not very nice. She told me that the other cookies are more expensive and that I could only have the chocolate chip cookie free. Maybe somebody needs to inform her that she is incorrect.
The person who took our order was hostile to my daughter when she asked about the birthday treat. It was fine that we were not eligible, you have to have the app for at least 6 months before being able to get a free cookie on your birthday, but there was no need to be rude to her about it, on her birthday. The cookie tasted like it was undercooked, giving it a bizarre texture. We also saw her take the cookie out of the fridge, which certainly contributed to that bizarre texture and not so fresh flavor. Needless to say, the app has been deleted from the phone and we will not be coming back for next year’s free cookie.
The cookies are always delicious and look perfect. The staff here is also friendly and they greet you as soon as you come in, and the store is always clean. You guys are awesome and I appreciate y’all!
Talk about an experience! The best cookies I’ve ever eaten and seriously superb flavors. Good, fast counter service and super fresh stuff. Thankfully, these are big enough to share because they’re not cheap!
My birthday was 4/14 and I didn’t receive my birthday cookie. Someone bought me a cookie because the store did not want to take it up on themselves to verify my app and ID I was at the Summerville store.
