I love the cookies and go to multiple locations. I won’t return to this location again; the young man was rude and unfriendly. It was just a pickup order, so it shouldn’t have been difficult for him to be polite for a few seconds today!
We love the cookies and treats. Especially since they mix it up. The young man that was working there today was so friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the app and he fixed it for me. Most of the young ladies there are very sweet also.
I bought 3 cookies. The chocolate chunk was delicious. The wedding cake cookie was delicious. The pistachio cookie was a disappointment-not hardly any flavor at all. Their cookies all need to be amazing for the price they are asking.
Not sure what happened to cookies, but these mini-cake-sugar-bombs are NOT cookies. I’ve tried several different ones over the last few years, and haven’t ever managed to finish one.
If you’re a HUGE fan of the soft, frosted sugar cookies (you know the ones – made weeks in advance and color coordinated to match whatever national holiday is a week away) at the grocery store, that’s what Crumbl cookies are.
If you like crispy, buttery cookies that would otherwise be ruined by frosting – there’s nothing here for you. Move on.
