I recently visited the Kroger on Forest Dr, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I was looking for a specific item, but I wasn’t sure where to find it. I asked an employee for help, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly found the item for me, and another employee even helped me price check an item to make sure I was getting the best deal.
We usually go here, convenient and usually a good experience. Until tonight, had the best experience. Crystal made this normal grocery store experience into a joy. She has such a light and is so kind and fast. So grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!
I love the items and prices at krogers…but customer service sucks especially on forest drives.. u can barely find a manager to speak with..an customer service has attitudes. Been searching for a item for the past 3 weeks that they have been out of stock on..but no manager to speak with..smh
Very friendly. Get all drug prescriptions there. Have since opened.
This is a run down store. The owner made his money decays ago. Bearly put any money back in to it. So many problems on my first and last visit. The store in not the same store pictured.
