Absolutely the most horrible experience ever! There were two incompetent people in front of the store. I waited in line almost 40 min because they refused to open other self checkout registers. They chose to do this at the most inopportune time. The night before mothers day. Not taking into consideration other people’s time or the fact that they may need to get back to there families at a decent hour. This was absolutely preposterous and inconsiderate. The two individuals should definitely be promoted to customer for there lack of consideration. Ryan was the associate who finally made it available for the other self checkout lanes to be made available to the 75+ people in line!
Smaller size store has pretty much all u need for grocery 🛒 shopping easily located in a shopping plaza recommend this for all your grocery shopping needs. …
Absolutely shameful experience less than an hour ago. Elderly gentleman in handicap cart ask for help checking out. Chubby lady with bushy hair acted like she was above that. I was checking out across. No hello no how are you cold and sterile to guy. He ask can I get help unloading since it is raining? She had to ask other lady she said people are outside pushing carts I will radio them. I told him I will help you when I finish. By time I got outside he was struggling to lift 40 pack water and other items. I said I will help. Two young cart pushers did not want to get wet I guess. Management while your busy watching for shoplifters START LOOKING OUT FOR ELDERLY AND HANDICAP. INSTRUCT YOUR STAFF TO LEND A HAND TO THOSE IN NEED. I WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE IN BENTONVILLE🤔
This location continues to go downhill. No more self checkouts! I understand the reasons behind this, but it’s an awful inconvenience for a store that supposed to be about convenience. Today they had 2 registers open along with an associate manning what was once a self checkout where you are not allowed to scan anything yourself because everyone is a thief! They only opened another register when one customer complained and then they allowed her to check out before all of us who were waiting in line forever. Stops at ingles will be much more frequent.
This was my go to store, however I just took my last trip there. I was informed that all the self check registers will be closing and it will be cashiers only from now on. I just spent 10 minutes waiting on a cashier to ring up 15 groceries. Walmart cashiers are notoriously slow anyways and now they want them to ring up everyone? That’s a no for me. Good thing there is an Ingles and Aldi close by with self checkouts.
