It doesn’t have all the things a regular sized Walmart does, but for what it does have (food, pets supplies, cleaning supplies, hygiene, & select pampering/makeup products), there is a good selection. One of my favorite things is how fast checkout is; regular and pharmacy, it’s super fast. Hardly ever a wait. Staff is moderately friendly. Bathrooms are usually clean and so is the rest of the store. Shelving is organized and not messy. They also have a mark down rack that’s always well organized and has good deals. I go there over regular sized Walmart as often as possible!
I came through the drive thru to pick up my prescription and the pharmacy technician said to come back in 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told it would be another 30 minutes. I explained to the technician that I’ve already waited once. She then tells me it wasn’t ready and for me to go back around to get in line . So I did. Only to get to the window and have the pharmacist to come and tell me that it would be another 30 minutes. And then to shorten the time and told me it would be 10 minutes. She was rude and tried arguing with me. A hour and 20 minutes later I finally was about to get my 1 prescription that only had 12 pills in it! When you tell me a time, you set an expectation and I hold you to it. But the rudeness and insensitivity from the actual pharmacist is why I will NEVER go back there.
I realize good work is hard to find especially since Covid but Walmart needs to re-evaluate the manager(s) at this location.
Employees are on their phones half the time, eating while checking the customers out, closing the store 15 minutes early, and parking their personal vehicles in the handicap zones are just a few problems I’ve noticed… I could go on.
I wouldn’t normally complain about someone trying to get in a quick bite but when it takes you 10 minutes longer to ring me up because your stuffing your mouth full of FUNYONS you need to get off the floor… that’s what break rooms are for!!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Courtney is an absolute rare gem. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. I applaud her, I pray WalMart realises she is a valuable asset. Thank you, thank you, thank you Courtney!!
Nice little Walmart, it seems like they’re in the process of remodeling. Lots of shelves were empty, which isn’t normal for them. Definitely not a super Walmart, but if your looking for food items this will do
