Ingles is really changing their image as a grocery store. They serve a variety of different food in the store, Chinese food, subs, sushi of suspect quality, and their tried and true buffet style dishes they’ve had forever (corn bread, chicken, etc.). They even have a mini Starbucks in store. Not only that, but they stock brands that you may not find in other retailers like Stumptown coffee. I can’t seem to find it anywhere else around here. I wish they sold the whole beans from Stumptown, because it would be far more convenient. I’m sure there is a way to request items for this location to stock?

The staff here is very friendly and polite, and always seem very willing to help. The prices may not always be the best, but some of their specials are pretty good. The aesthetic of the store has changed after they upgraded their check out area. I don’t specifically like these changes, but I can see the theme they are going for in this location. The store is kept fairly clean as well, and I rarely find things out of place or dirty. I tend to go here over Walmart for convenience, and for the fact the store is much nicer/cleaner looking inside.

Here are a couple photos of some of the changes they made in store. Look at the F’real milkshakes!

    TLDR:
•Big revamp of the store design in recent months.
    •Starbucks located in store.
•Very clean location. Staff is awesome and friendly.
•Specialty/regional brands are stocked here. (Stumptown Coffee from Portland, OR)
•Very convenient location if you know the back roads in Easley.
•Open late for those last minute shopping runs.

I love my Ingles Market (store # 51)! I’m in there all the time so I’ve gotten to know some of the employees and they know me, which is nice (like family). There’s a very nice young lady named Amber that helps me at the self-checkout every time I need help. She is AWESOME ❤️❤️. She is so kind and always makes sure she’s available for anyone who goes through self checkout. I like to check myself out but she makes me love checking out my own groceries. I wanted to speak to her manager (whose name is Joyce) to give her a shout out and that’s when I began understand why everyone there is so nice and helpful. She is a nurturer. She takes care of her employees like a mama would. She gives praises where they are warranted and constructive criticism when needed and a lot of love and respect to all of her employees. It’s people of this caliber that can make a store run smooth. It is very hard to find people that actually want to work today but to find people that not only wants to work but be a customer advocate as well is nearly impossible but I have found that in this Ingles Market

Ingles Market 5251 Calhoun Memorial Hwy in Easley SC is an awesome place to shop. The store is always clean and the people are always so friendly and helpful. I was there on 03-14-2024 and started feeling really bad, I’m old and have health problems. Amber the young lady at self checkout noticed I wasn’t feeling well and asked if I needed help. I asked her if she could get someone to take my groceries to my car and she did just that. Trevor is a young man that had just clocked in and he took my groceries to the car, he was a very charming and very helpful. I was so thankful for those two employees, Amber and Trevor. I shop there all the time and I couldn’t ask for better service and caring people.

Very friendly staff always willing to help and noticeably clean and good produce as well as meat it is a little pricey compared to Walmart but it’s so much more convenient than Walmart so it’s up to you

They always have the best shopping experience, being that I’m kinda picky, eccentric, and read all labels, plus an overshopper. So I appreciate when the cashier allows me to change my mind
