This location is great! People working, walking around will ask if you need anything. Always stocked up and they have some good deals. I personally prefer to purchase my meats elsewhere though.
This store is clean and the service is nice. They seem to have good deals on more items now that another grocery store has opened next door.
We stopped here for Starbucks. Their register was down so we had to walk through the store with our empty drink cups, pay, and then walk back so the drinks could be made. The number of people that touched the rim of the cup without gloves was concerning. Definitely a place to avoid.
I keep trying to like this grocery store. Their produce and deli bar and shelves are well stocked. The customer service is just awful. No one seems to care and service or pride in the ir job. Time after time. Parking lot and entrance are littered with trash. The cashiers are so rude and unhelpful. I will say the pharmacy and pharmacists are helpful and getting vaccines there is a snap.
If I could give ZERO stars, that’s exactly what I’d give after the worst experience of my life!!!! Went to get groceries because we just moved to the area, and had a cart almost overflowing with groceries. We went to the only register that had someone at it as she turned her light off and told us she had been there all day and was closed. The only other option was the self check out. As we started scanning our groceries there, she turned her light back on and started checking someone else out after she was told to. As with all of Ingle’s, if you take a bag off after you bag something, it makes you wait for someone to clear it. This was with at least 3 people just standing up front talking amongst themselves. This complication of the self check out just added to our frustration. Those just standing around finally came up to us and tried to explain that because we were taking bags off of the bagging area it would do that and that they closed in an hour. Our issue was the lack of concern from anyone we talked to. We stopped scanning and decided to leave, but as we did, they already started talking about us. I’ll drive past that Ingle’s and do my grocery shopping elsewhere!!
