So grateful for the bakery at this Sam’s club location. The staff made sure our order was correct and the 1/2 sheet cake and 60 cupcakes we received super exceeded our expectations. They were ready ahead of time, they were very very fresh even two days later, and they were not only delicious but very beautiful. People were commenting on them while we were walking toward the checkout. It’s the little things in life that mean so much and the bakery team made our granddaughter’s birthday a very special one. Three other locations would not answer the phone, this one answered without delay. I’m very grateful for your outstanding service and would recommend the bakery to anyone. Thank you. Thank you. Love scan n go app for inside the club and fuel. This makes it a lot easier to check out. Cuts down on the lines you have to wait in. Having the member card on there is so convenient, especially for me, because I no longer carry my wallet around. I have not seen as many scan-n- go offers, so I would definitely love to see more of them. Sometimes scan n go fuel doesn’t work all the time. Go figure, but the attendants are friendly and help you out.
This is the 3rd time going to this store for it to be out of ground beef and pork loins. They are constantly out of stuff .. I drive almost an hour one way to go shopping only for it to be out of what I need. Think I will try Hendersonville. If they are out constantly then I will no longer be a Sam’s club member. 20 yrs been shopping Sam’s and it has went down hill more and more
