The carnitas was the best I’ve ever had! The vibe could be intimating to anyone who doesn’t know a lot of Spanish, but the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. Also, the tortillas are hand made which is a major plus. Salsa bar is self serve. For anyone looking for an authentic experience way off the beaten path, Monte Bello is the real deal.
For traditional real Mexican food this is the place to go, with that being said this kind of food it’s not for everyone; but you like culinary adventures you won’t be disappointed with this place. Prices are fair, you won’t expend too much, by the way their tacos are serve with a freshly, hand made tortilla
Friendly folks, great food. The barbacoa is fantastic (be sure to gnaw the marrow from those bones), and the char on my wife’s roast chicken was some of the best I’ve had. Fresh tortillas, good selection of condiments. Definitely coming back.
OMG! This place is freaking amazing! I had the Al Pastor and a tamale. This is one of the best taquerias I’ve ever eaten at. Go and try it and you will be glad you did. The salsa bar has a great selection also.
They are so rude they don’t offer second drink I will not come back and food had hair 😠 bad service
