5 Reviews on “Atlanta Bread Cherrydale”
While this may not be a fine dining restaurant, they have certainly preserved something that was missing after the customer service catastrophe that ensued following the infamous virus of 2019.
The atmosphere here is warm and inviting, the restaurant is clean, the music is relaxing, and the staff are friendly and professional.
Whatever is happening behind the scenes to make this happen, I hope some other establishments will take note. It’s hard to beat what’s happening here. You can hardly find this anywhere anymore.
Great work Atlanta Bread Company!!!
I ordered food there tonight. The young man who took my order. Excellent customer service. The two girls in the back making food definitely need a class in diversity and inclusion. On top of that they like to argue. RUDE!
Honestly guys….. this picture speaks for itself. I keep looking at it and thinking it’s a joke. I cannot believe this was made and served to a customer. I ordered a GRILLED cheese. Not a smashed to nothing piece of bread with cheese. This can’t even be considered a sandwich at this point. $8.50 for this. Needless to say I’m going to be hungry tonight
I can’t even give it any stars we drove 42 minutes here to have chicken noodle soup and half sandwich. Nope and I went on the website and it never said anything about not having it or daily then we asked about the chili nope…..so so disappointed
Ps. We got a peanut butter cookie….ugh ..was not good. It tastes like it had been sitting there a LONG time.
They don’t care about reviews but I will go ahead and share what happened to me. The manger called me a liar without saying the word and I was spoken to by an employee that was unacceptable. If the so call manager heard the conversation between his employee and myself why didn’t he come and act like a manager and say something? I lost money but if Atlanta Bread needs it they can have it. I’m not the only one who has complained on the employees, reviews tells all.
If you play Christian music in your restaurant why don’t you treat your customers like you are a Christian? Sorry, I don’t need to hear and read a fake acknowledgement because you really don’t care.
