Good customer service…I bought popcorn chicken last night…SMH!! The popcorn chicken was mixed with old popcorn chicken !! Disgusting! Yuck!! 3rd time, it has tasted this way…Today I purchased Broccoli soup!! No flavor, the Broccoli was raw tasting ..Cheddar Broccoli 🥦 is not supposed to, have zero flavor…Only the fried chicken, is always good
I called and placed a preorder for 50 wings in the deli. When I went to pick up the wings, there were only two people working back there. One on the side where you cut deli meat, the other person making subs. I stood in the front of the hot foods area for 30 minutes with no help. I finally realized that I wasn’t going to get any help unless I could get someone’s attention, so I walked down to the deli end to try to get some help. However, the lady was busy helping someone else. I went back to the hot side, and I stood there some more, and a lady came from the kitchen area. She wasn’t going to ask me if I needed help, so I kindly said, ” ma’am.” she turned and looked at me. I said I have and ordered to pick up can you help me? She turned and looked and me saying nothing. I said I placed an order for 50 wings. She looked at me and said rudely, I said,” What is your name? ” I told her my name. She said nothing, just handed me the box, and I was on my way. The person who cashed me out at the register was very pleasant and kind. I come to that Publix the most out of them in Columbia. I buy the most from the hot bar when I do come, but this time I was very disappointed in the service provided. I hope that this was a one-time experience.
I ordered a fishing themed cake for my husbands birthday and went to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order and eventually told me it somehow got cancelled. I was really worried and didn’t think that they’d be able to do anything about it other than offer me a different cake. To my surprise, they said “Give us 15 minutes and we will make it right now” I left 15 minutes with a beautiful cake and they even discounted it. I’m so impressed and I’ve always had great experiences at the Kennerly Crossing Publix!
I actually got the sandwiches at the deli, for me and my siblings and the gentleman who fixed the was so patient and kind 💞 Benjamin was there tonight he was Awesome 😎

This place is absolutely amazing for lunch. They have $6 chicken plates, $7 subs, and $5 sushi on Wednesdays. This is everyone’s go to lunch spot at my work. The fried chicken is outstanding. Stop in for lunch. You won’t regret it
