I simply love Publix. Every store is very clean and well organized. They always have stock on their shelves and in each department. The staff tend to be very kind and helpful….constantly inquiring if there is more they can do. Also, I really appreciate how bright the store is. It makes shopping much easier and safer.
The young lady at the deli counter was fantastic and really helpful! I wish I would have remembered her name. I don’t shop here but once or twice a year due to it being far from my house but she made all the difference this trip. The cashier was super nice as well. All around great trip!
Love this publix! From the ladies in the deli always willing to share a recipe to the fabulous bakery, I love the birthday cake here so much. The pharmacy is so knowledgeable when I have a question about a vaccine, script, or even over the counter medications. O
h i almost forgot customer service ready to handle all my needs. Thank you all for taking pride in your work and for not letting customer service be a thing of the past like so many other businesses out there. Please continue the unique way each and everyone of you have pride in your work. Be proud 😁
My favorite store and the best “Customer Service” of all the local Grocery Stores. Employees seem to be happy to help you find a product or check you out at the register. That is a GREAT attitude! B¹ecause nothing is a bigger turnoff at other stores when you need help or you’re checking out and they act like they don’t want to be there!!
This is by far the worst Publix that we’ve ever been to. The produce is moldy and you can hardly ever find anything fresh. This is unacceptable to me. The Ingles next door is better than this and thats saying a lot since Publix has a reputation for being a great store but its definitely NOT true for this one.
