    The store so clean, it was well stocked and our checkout associate was terrific. One of the best looking Publix’s that I’ve been to.

    I’m from Galtinburg and do instacart here and from Management to regular employees are the friendliest Publix In Charleston area by far. I’m use to Knoxville location Publix being really friendly and smiling and I had the same customer experience. They definitely deserve 5+ star rating

    I absolutely love the staff here! The ladies and gentlemen that work the hot food bar and deli are always so friendly and helpful! I frequent this store regularly and am never disappointed! Thank you for always being kind even when you’re clients are not always 🙂

    If I was located in a high travel destination area and the manager of a store I would certainly want to appeal to the travelers by having a “local” section where they sell products made locally. Such as Carolina brand chips, fried okra chips, benne wafers, local craft sodas, local craft beers, soaps, taffy, pecans-may etc even items such as tshirts, towels… nope. Not here, 2 grocery stores and both disappointed. Instaed we found most of those items at a beer store. Just a suggestion.

    January 6 2024, new year. Management still has issues. Again sales on products (chicken) in my case and no one thought to order enough. This may not be Publix fault. It might be their supplier. Either way it makes Publix look bad. Someone in management needs to step up to the plate and say we are not ordering enough for our marketing plan or we can’t let our supplier dictate bad marketing ideas. I like to think the store is honest but unaware or unable to do anything. I’ve been saying something for 7 months.
    May 20 2024 I decided to not shop here, but I wandered in thinking maybe I was to harsh. Same chicken on sale, same no stock, and this was mid day. I didn’t bother asking, just put my groceries up and went elsewhere.
