As a regular shopper at this location, I can honestly say that I’m very satisfied with the consistent high level of customer service and cleanliness in every department! The pharmacy is also extremely quick with processing and I’ve never received an incorrect prescription. The prices may be a little higher than some of the other local supermarkets, but I chalk that up to the increase in the overall customer service experience!
No supermarket is perfect, but this one is great. Almost everyone who works here is pleasant and helpful. The most annoying thing about this supermarket is that they have two parking spaces reserved for drive up orders and there’s always people parking In them that are not using the drive up service and go inside. I don’t know if it’s laziness or entitledness or whatever, but it’s irritating. Otherwise it’s a great supermarket.
The store is great. Brightly lit. Staff is awesome. Parking sucks. And Publix Seafood/Butcher/Prepared food Depts r easily 1.5X expensive as Harris Teeter down the road. Only buy things that r B1G1 here usually.
I freaking love this Publix. Gets 5 stars from me… Mat who is the butcher is a great guy and super helpful. Only feedback would be the prices listed on the aisle are wrong and a few times I’ve had to correct it. (Most recently last week with some cheese balls.)
Free cookies for kids is great and my girls love that!
I moved several years from the north east. We did not have Publix but I have been pleasantly surprised. Each Publix has different items and I like this one for several reasons. It is clean and has good fruits as well as food items with the brands I am interested in.
