Always clean, well organized and the staff is beyond friendly. Publix bakery white mountain bread is my go to for the best sandwich this side of the Mason Dixon line. Their produce is always top notch and if you have an issue customer service will resolve it in record time with minimal fuss.
I’m kinda new to the area and after my son said one of the best subs he had ever eaten was from Publix in Greenville SC I wanted to try one. So today I went to the Publix in Easley close to where I live and had one made and oh WOW was it good👏👏👏👏. The guy behind the counter was so very nice and made my foot long sub in no time at all. It was delicious, I will be eating more of Publix subs, trying all different kinds! Now that I’m there I pick up a few things and when I get to the register, my receipt says my groceries were checked out by Caitlyn and she was so friendly and nice and had me check out quickly. The young lady that was bagging my groceries was Emma, I asked her name as she helped me take my groceries to my car, well, she noticed my bag of sugar had a small hole and was leaking sugar. Thank goodness she noticed it because I had not. She was awesome she took that bag away
and brought back another bag that wasn’t leaking sugar everywhere. I appreciated her for noticing and fixing the problem so I didn’t get home with a leaking bag of sugar. I sometimes need help to get my groceries to the car (I’ll be 73 next month) and give out of energy pretty quick. I truly did appreciate Emma❤️❤️. I had a great time in Publix in Easley, clean store and nice people and a few bargains along the way.
Why 3 stars? If this review was based solely on how nice the store and people are, it would be 5 Stars.
The -2 Stars is due to the prices on products. If items aren’t a “buy one get one free” or a “sales” item they are up to 2x more expensive than at other stores. If you go to Publix, stick to the “buy one get one” items only (just get 1 and it’s 50% off) and pick up other items elsewhere.
I love this Publix- it’s close to my house and the staff is always so friendly! BUT I went in there to order a sub- it was a Saturday at noon and they had one older lady making sandwiches. They had 7 other people working in the deli just standing around one or two were cutting deli meat- but not once did one of them offer to help the lady making sandwiches or acknowledge the line of people waiting for a sandwich.
This store is always so clean and organized. The employees are friendly and polite. This store has class.
