I always stop for a slice and its always delicious. And today I called to cancel a order because unfortunately my daughter and I are sick and cannot have our birthday party. Well it was so easy. Within an hour I had an email stating I would be getting a full refund. And then they called me to follow up and make sure I received my refund email. Great customer service and GREAT COOKIES! Always had them at my birthday party growing up!
We finally got to have our party and my daughters cake was so cute! Not the best work ever but it was easy to read and had the cutest little unicorn! I’m so appreciative of their hard work. It also was about 30 minutes late just be aware that sometimes they are late.
I used to love coming here to get some fresh cookies. But now they are NOT the same, unfortunately. Now, the cookies taste like they have been sitting out all day and they are not soft at all. Guess I have to find other Great American Cookies to go to.
I love the cookies from this place, but the people were not the most patient with me and my two friends. Considering it was one of the few times I visited, I will probably end up coming again. Maybe not the one at the sumter mall though.
Stood there waiting for our order to be taken. Man standing there cleaning acting like he didn’t even see us. Walked by us twice and went to the back. Gave him the benefit of the doubt and was thinking maybe he wasn’t the one doing orders because someone else was in the back. Well finally he comes and puts his hands on the counter and kinda leans forward and says can I get you something…. Yeah.. not anymore. I had to walk away.
Ordered a Cookie Cake. Prompt, courteous service when I arrived. The cake was ready and tasted amazing! Would definitely return!
