I ordered a cookie cake for senior night at Boiling Springs High School. Crystal and her staff did a great job, assisting me with the right cake for the amount of people we were having, decorated it beautifully and everyone wanted to know where I got it. It was delicious and we almost had none left😉❤️! Thank you so much for this positive experience I look forward to doing business again here.
I went here yesterday. The worker’s were not customer friendly whatsoever. They looked angry to be there. The cookies were not very good, and they made me sick. When I went to ask for a refund they told me they couldn’t because a manager wasn’t there. Today I come into work (I work in the same mall) and my boss told me the manager came to to talk to her. The girls said I was rude and that they weren’t going to give me a refund. My boss said they’d work something out with me.
I find this behavior to be appalling and completely unprofessional. I will not be going back. I hope they manage to improve themselves.

The lady that works there with the dark black hair and glasses that works the day shift is awful. She’s the rudest and most uncaring person to have for such an amazing people person job. Love the products. Hate the experience.. went twice in 2 weeks to see if it changed. It did not.
They are amazing!!!! They made a cake that no one in my area would make. Beautiful design!!!! Super sweet people in the store as well. Great job keep up the amazing work.
