Great cookies but we’d never been to the store! It was a great experience, as the staff was amazing and friendly and helpful and genuinely were happy to be there with us! Nearly our whole family went in at the same time (about 15 of us) and they took it in stride with great service and warm smiles! The cookies are to die for – the Peach and Key Limes being my personal favorites! – and they will disappear faster than you think cookies should so buy LOTS! It was our FINAL DESTINATION before leaving Hilton Head this year; from here we went DIRECTLY to the airport to come home! THAT is indicative as to how good these cookies are – we saved the best for last!!
The gentleman that manages this store is incredibly kind and endearing. The cookies are delicious of course but he is so warm and friendly that you know for a fact your patronage is welcome and appreciated. Even though my diet says otherwise, I come here every time I visit HHI. Every time.
We first discovered these cookies in Savannah and were excited to see them available at the outlets. They offer free samples so you can try before you buy. Really large selection. Highly recommend.
Fun place. You can sample all the cookie flavors. Buy prepackaged or stuff your own box with whatever variety you choose. Clerk was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!
The chocolate chip cookies are AMAZING! The sales lady was super helpful. The shop was fully stocked and provided samples of all the delicious cookies.
