I’m a first time customer. Ill start with a positive.. I appreciated the customer service …calling and informing me about the cookie issue. I had no clue the cookies were this big but I ordered 3 different types…just to see how they stacked up with other cookie places in Columbia. After spending over $4 a cookie… I figured these should be impressive… The only one we actually liked was the red velvet…and that one was just okay. I’m assuming the dough must all be the same basis..because all of the cookies had little to no flavor and the toppings were the only thing trying to help. I’ve never had a chocolate chip cookie that didn’t taste like nothing. If you’re going to charge this amount for your cookies…please taste them and make sure your giving the customer…the best experience for their money. Focusing on toppings while lacking the basics in flavor…will make others regret in spending their money.
It’s a great boba shop ordered 4 drinks and all of them were good so no complaints and the one cookie I tried (banana pudding) was delicious! Just be prepared to battle traffic if going on a Saturday and it’s easy to miss via GPS if not familiar with the area. Nevertheless, it’s good, I’d stop back by next time I’m in the area.
So as a true testament to a generation that doesn’t understand math. One cookie is 3.75, 4 cookies cost 12.99 or 3.24 a piece. In a 6 pack they will run you 19.99 or 3.33 a piece (costing 9 cents MORE per cookie than if you had purchased the four pack) and when you purchase a 12 pack at 34.99 they cost 2.91 per cookie . Not only are you paying more per cookie in the six pack than in the four pack but, if you buy 18 like wanted, the e extra ones, over the 12 pack, will revert to the original cost of 3.75 a cookie or because the cashier was doing me a favor they would be 3.33 / cookie like the 6 pack. The girl behind the counter was bubbly and cheerful which would have been pleasant had I not had to keep myself from telling her that she lacked the basic skills do her job, any mathematical or cognitive abilities at all.
If you want Support small businesses and try entrepreneurial laddies, check out the bakers on Facebook marketplace- I usually use them but I waited till last minute.
This is such a cute little place! I love the amount of boba options this place has for both milk tea and fruit flavors. I had the coffee milk tea with chocolate boba and it was delicious. The cookies we had were delicious as well. I absolutely loved the crème brûlée cookie and I will say with the s’mores cookie I would suggest using mini marshmallows so you get them in each bite
Food and service is typically very well. These past few times service has been just alright. Today I had ordered 4 teas in hopes that I would get the buy one get one 50% off for boba day as advertised on Instagram. I payed full price and the employee did not know how to refund money and he was not aware that the promo was going on. He did offer me extra teas but I did not need extra teas as I had already ordered 4. Upon arriving at my home, I grabbed the teas and they fell straight out of the cup holder that the restaurant gave me and two busted completely open. I have been here many times and I hate to leave a bad review but there are just a few things that could be improved in order to make customer satisfaction just a bit better.
