The cookies we got were really good. No complaints with that at all. We went around 9pm. They were out of all brownies and certain ice creams. Granted, it’s a holiday weekend so maybe that’s why. The cookies we received were fresh, warm and delicious. 2 minute walk from our hotel.
Only have 1 table for seating so thankfully they weren’t very busy. 3 stars only because they were out of many of their menu items
The cookies and ice cream sandwiches that we got were good. I removed stars for unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. When we walked in to the store nobody was present, then a lady came out from the back room and asked if we were ready to order. It was our first time so we were still exploring the menu and she just stood there staring at us. It was very awkward. No suggestions or advice on the menu was provided. I would go to the ice cream place next door.
I stopped by for the first time last night, Nov 11th, and it was around 10:30 pm. I was surprised by how small the store actually is, barely enough room to fit ten people in, as there were already that many when I arrived. I was disappointed to discover there was no room to sit down inside, and the store seemed to be understaffed, There were only two employees working that I saw. Waited 10-15 minutes to place an order, and it was ready in 2 minutes. I ordered the deluxe combo of two cookies and a drink. Much to my surprise, the cookies were large, hot, delicious, and gooey. The best thing about this place is that they are open till 3 am on the weekend and 1 am through the week. The cookies are absolutely worth the wait, and I look forward to another visit to try some of their ice cream choices.
I’ve heard about these cookies but never had them…until now. Cookies are my favorite sweet – and these cookies were excellent. I had a variety of warm, fresh cookies – Chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, M&M, sugar, oatmeal… – so very good.
Service was quick and pleasant. I’ll be back!
Service was fine but I really didn’t find these cookies to be any better than the supermarket bakery variety, aside from them being
heated up. Hard to justify the cost. You’re basically paying extra for heat and convenience, seeing as this place is open till way late. Often there is a line out the door for this place and i probably wouldn’t be happy to have to wait in a long line for these.
