I had a simple order with simple instructions/requests and they weren’t met. I asked for no onions and I selected a mixed berry yogurt for my niece…. I wound up with onions and she wound up with strawberry.
Additionally, my sandwich had a pea sized amount of mustard on one side, lacked flavor.
I had an absolutely exhausting day chasing my little niece around as well as my puppy. I just wanted to relax and have dinner, disappointed that I didn’t receive what I requested.
We like Panera and since our hotel was near the area we decided to get our lunch packs for a group of students to avail of the value meals and free delivery since we have a coupon saying free delivery .However the cashier mislead us about the meals and we ended up waiting for the food and picked up .She said the free delivery was for online orders only and the catering meals was not available in their branch .It felt like we didn’t get the value for money and we felt treated poorly .Customer service was very poor at this branch .Although
the food was good except for the Med Veggie Sandwich which were not actually would be part of our order.The cashier just decided to placed the order on her preference just to make the transaction quickly .The transaction was not also processed under our member number ,even asked the other associate to correct it but she just said go online and it will be corrected .Very frustrating !
Fabulous service here! On my return home to 🇨🇦 I stopped in for coffee and a scone after my appt. In buffalo today. Noticed the food which was coming out looked amazing 👌
The orange scone was one of the best I’ve tried and I always love the mild coffee ☕️ I bought a pecan braid to bring home with me 😋
Highly recommend if you’re in Williamsville/ Main Street area 👍
Busy place but great atmosphere and lots of seating . Patio outdoors and free parking 👌
We stopped here for breakfast / lunch whilst on tour. I accidentally ordered an entire foccacia bread for myself which I guess turned out OK because I had it for like 3 meals and snacks. 10/10 would highly recommend an entire foccacia for bands on tour. Also, PS I’m sorry, I’m not sure if it is spelled “foccacia” or “focaccia.” I guess it could also be “foccaccia” but that just doesn’t look right to me.
The food is good but expensive. Some of my favorites aren’t available anymore since they changed their menu.
Service was, well, I ordered via kiosk and then a worker yelled my name and didn’t acknowledge me when I picked up my tray so IDK how to gauge that. Atmosphere is kinda chaotic tbh.
