Today was the best experience I have ever had at this location.

I ordered online, which is very easy to do (plus you can rack up rewards!) and my order got here pretty quickly.

The delivery guy was SUPER friendly and informative! I was very impressed. He gave me tons of coupons to give to myself and my coworkers for $10 off our next delivery.

I got a take 2… I tried a different salad this time, slightly different than my usual. It was good, but it could have used a little more dressing.

My sandwich tasted very healthy, which was what I was going for, and I love that they give you a baguette (or other type bread) with essentially every meal.

I had one really bad experience where they really screwed up our online order, twice in the same day. They ended up refunding our entire meal. Not only did they come out to try and fix it but it got refunded, which was awesome, but unfortunately when you have to clock out for lunch, we were a bit over it at that point.

Nothing labeled GF on the menu. I asked the cashier, is anything gluten free? I never heard someone say no so fast. I ended up getting a chicken caesar salad no croutons she proceeds to say that’s not gluten free you can get this salad though xyz. I said just take out the croutons please it’s fine. She did my order but don’t tell me what I can and can’t eat I said just remove the croutons. Lol good to know I can only have salads here though, not coming back until you guys update your menu with the times.

They tried to pass these rolls off as baguettes but they taste like sub sandwich rolls that’s one thing if you run out and tell the customer but it’s another thing to try to trick them plus my girlfriend’s soup was brown and it’s supposed to be white!
Panera Bread’s going downhill like everything else the Lockport location is much better as they have higher standards.

Panera is my go-to spot for a workday or Saturday morning breakfast…that I don’t have to make! My top 3 items are the 1) Avocado, Egg White, Spinach and Cheese on a Multigrain Bagel Flat, 2) Chipotle Chicken, Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta, 3) Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries and Pecans. And I just about always get the Madagascar Vanilla Almond Cold Brew. This location has a friendly atmosphere. I can read a book or meet with a friend. It can get pretty busy during lunchtime, but their team expertly handles the busyness.

P.S. One other item that I think is an excellent choice is their Spinach & Artichoke Souffle. It tastes amazing, and I’ve tried with some success to copycat it at home. I used to get it all the time. I only stopped ordering them because of a shift in my diet.
