I bought a whole I love you chocolate cake before valentine’s day and the cake was fully messed up. The way they packed it.
The cake was dry and not moist at all. I have never tasted this kind of bad cake from paris baguette before.
What a surprise this time, I made my mind.
No matter how much you pay, they will definitely give you old cake !! Just because they want to sale it.
I called them, they didn’t even refund My money.
It was surprise for my husband. But this time I was disappointed.
The girl on the front was so rude.
Never coming back again. Will definitely complain to the corporate about the cake !!
Method of checking out is inefficient. The cashier rings up the person then individually packs each pastry in a single plastic bag and makes their coffee before ringing up the next person. I’m always waiting too long in line when I just want to purchase my one item. There should be one cashier dedicated to ringing people up to move the line along, especially at busy times during the weekend.
This place used to be better. Now its over crowded, understaffed. Seating area , ordering spot and self serve station are not clean at all. The staff very over worked. Definitely need a person to specifically make the coffee and a person to continuously clean since its very crowded.
The place itself is excellent; pastries and cakes are all five stars. It is the people visiting this place who are deficient. For example, a Latino couple’s toddler cried, and the mom yelled at her: shut up! And picked her up and stormed out the door. The dad followed, but he randomly put the tray full of pastries on the counter! The staff thought of putting all those disgusting pastries back on the shelves, so I had to stop her.
I don’t think you should have an open space for those pastries; otherwise, disgusting people are just going to spread their spit or use dirty hands to touch those breads. People from different worlds have different sanitary standards.
Dear Store Manager,
Never again let any customer treat your employees in an inappropriate way. Today, May 23rd, a couple was at the register and the husband was calling a cashier stupid. He said he would not come back to the store until she was fired. Even when another cashier came to assist, he continued cursing at her. I feel so bad. Please, next time, come to the front and stop this type of situation. Your employees don’t deserve it either your Custumers.
