I was here on 12.15.22 The women with the grey and half red hair took my order, she pretty rude to me and so was the kid making the food. 11 dollars for burned food? Hm. The employees seem to hate life or at least their jobs. They werent even busy. I won’t be visiting this location again.
The owner was overwhelmed and I can understand that frustration. But the way she treated me and others waiting for food was completely unacceptable and not professional. I won’t be back to this location. I hope she has a better day. She was very nasty today.
I ordered online beforehand. My order was quick and delicious. Highly recommend.
It’s a dunkin in a mall, what can you say? The employees were super nice!
As a mall worker trying to get a coffee and being told “our espresso machine goes down every day because we don’t want to be stuck late” it wild. I walked in at 5:30pm to the location that closes at 6 and was told there’s nothing they can do and to try tomorrow if I wanted to speak to a manager. As a retail manager for over a decade, I’m mind blown at the lack of fks given, and I understand how it can be annoying so for me to be stunned is wild
