    I go here quite often for my iced coffee and I’ve always had such a great experience. The staff here is SO FRIENDLY. I don’t know what it is but I’ve never been a Dunkin where the staff is consistently so nice. And it’s not just one person, it’s all of them! It always makes my day better and is such a nice way to spread kindness within the community 🙂

    The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant enough as I sat, working on my laptop with a sausage egg and cheese. The restaurant and parking was clean and spacious.

    This is my local Dunkin. I made an online order this morning. When I got home, I realized there were couple things I needed to be fixed for that order. I went to the store back on the afternoon. Jenna (or Jenn, sorry if I misspell) went above and beyond to fix it and made sure I left with a big smile. She was so kind and friendly. I can say she is a good person and a very well trained employee. Highly recommend this place for their delicious treats and exceptional customer service! 5 stars 🌟

    Atmosphere is trash they look at you crazy if THEY make your drink wrong. The only competent person here is the manager. It took me months to write this review because I was assuming they were having bad days.

    I am in a hurry every day but when I go to this DD I deal with the most amazing people and service ever. Even when the lines are long, they try and get you through lines quickly with the most amazing customer service and respect. Please go to this DD because you will return there. The location in Menands!
