Ordered an egg wrap and it legit smelled and tasted like chlorine or some chemical. Took one bite and had to throw it out.
When a customer asks for whipped cream and you give them none. I gave a 3 dollar tip with a 3 dollar coffee , and got to my office and no whipped cream. 2 times now same Dunkin, and went thru drive thru when it was not busy. Let’s do better , please.
Donuts are fresh if you get there early enough. A couple of servers can be rude. Usually pretty clean.
Hello! I would like to say this Dunkin was very discriminatory to my younger cousin who wanted to get a muffin and blue berry latte and told him to leave because he was being too “loud”. However, he went into that store with no friends and no phone. He said he sat in the corner waiting for his food until they told him to get out. Hes asian, and he was the only POC there and In my opinion that’s lowk racist and very rude. Moreover, the people working there are rude in general. Me and my friends were in the drive through trying to order our food and they were lowk mean to us. They said “What are they still waiting there for?” in a lowk rude tone, even though we were waiting for our food?!?!
I visited a few times a day and always the staff are awesome. I pre order on the app and my order is always ready.
