No Dunkin I’ve been to can get the bakery/drinks coordinated. They never pull the bakery items, if they happen to 50% chance it’s right. How do they turn hash browns into this….
Food and drinks are hit or miss mostly miss for the last year. This location is super close to my house, but I avoid it as much as possible. Most of the cooked food tastes like it was wash with a hose from someone’s yard and the drinks are made wrong 90% of the time. I try to stick with just a large coffee light and sweet because anything more breaks brain cells. Not a fan
I do a lot of reviews. Most of them have been medium to terrible ratings. Well, Dunkin Donuts don’t break your crown or lose your trophy. I’m happy to review the Karner Road location well worth the trip. Not so happy with Google maps. That’s a separate review. Let’s not mix up the service of one for the other. DD team outshined Google. Again that’s for a different rant. Proceeding, DD found my lost order, scanned a code provided with the order and I had my goodies before I could close the app. Hot, fresh & tasty. Then follow the instructions on your receipt to give DD corporation a personal review of the service received, I get a free donut on my next visit. We won’t reminisce what losey McDonald’s did to my last and final order with them. I praise DD on speedy service, polite staff, clean environment and I got my free reward items actually for free!! WTG
If I could say no stars I would. The staff really need to be retrained every time we get coffees they’re screwed up. Today they forget to put the coffee in my coffee! I was given milk and flavoring. Then when we brought it back the women wearing a shower cap decided to curse and argue with not only us but her manager in front of us!
I tried ordering a bagel and an ice coffee, the simplest order you could get. When I arrived to the window the lady with jacked up braids and lopsided chest just stuck her hand out with no verbalization didn’t acknowledge me say hello read me my order or my total just stared at me with her hand out. I gave my card and proceeded to blow my nose. When I didn’t hear anything I looked back and again her hand is out the window with my card in it, not saying a word. Then she hands me my coffee, again not speaking nor making eye contact. She walked away from the window, so I started to play on my phone, I look up to find her body turned away from the window and hand again out the window holding my bag in the air with no words to me, but I finally hear her start speaking to her coworker. I grab my bag and pull off to find no straw for my coffee, so rather than deal with her again I went inside and told Serena they had forgotten my straw. No words from her either, she just pointed in the direction of the straws and walked away because their cigarette break was more important than serving me. I’m absolutely disgusted and as long as they work here won’t be returning. You just lost a weekly customer of 6+ years. I was nothing but polite when I was there with pleases and thank yous. I work in fast food myself and would’ve never allowed this treatment to a customer. Then I pull off because at this point I have to get to work myself and realize there’s no spread on my bagel it’s just toasted nothing else. I want cameras pulled.
