It was my first time ever at Dunkin Donuts!! And I’m not disappointed! While I had my layover Albany, I came over to try something good! I had the Grilled Tomato Pesto and Mango Pineapple Refresher! It was actually really good! I wish I could’ve asked to go easy on the ice, most of the cup was filled with the ice, but still it was really good!!! It’s very clean! Easy to find and staff is friendly! Only downside is they don’t have restroom or any hand washing station, but I will definitely visit again!!
Y’all think you are slick. My location’s management went back to their old bad practices after I took a break & spent my $ with small local coffee shops. I went back. You once again are opening with only one person in a dangerous part of town. And you seem to be shifting around the hours you are open. I have written corporate once. Guess it is time to snail mail every officer again. I don’t give up. Improve or….
Went in a week ago to get me a coffe and breakfast sandwich had to use the restroom they said they don’t have one come to find out blacks are not allowed to use there restroom will never go to that Dunkin’ Donut ever
Absolutely horrendous experience at Dunkin’ Donuts! The service was abysmal, to say the least. Not only the drink was bad but when I kindly asked for a receipt, the employee gave me attitude as if I was inconveniencing them. The audacity! Zero stars for service because apparently, common courtesy is too much to ask for. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. Customer service? Nonexistent. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Took nearly 30 mins to get in and out for just a coffee and bagel. The staff is trying their hardest but can only do so much with 2 people at the busiest time of the morning. They clearly need more people working
