I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin’ located at 439 Madison Ave, Albany, NY 12210. The customer service was truly top-notch, and the freshly brewed drinks were delightful. The staff members were not only fast in serving but also incredibly polite, making my visit all the more enjoyable.
One convenience I appreciated was the availability of parking and restroom facilities. It made my stop here even more convenient.
However, I must note that the exterior surroundings were less than ideal. There seemed to be safety concerns with the presence of individuals engaging in inappropriate activities nearby, such as solicitation and drug-related issues. To improve the overall environment and ensure the safety of customers, it would be advisable for the establishment to seek assistance from the local police or relevant authorities to address these concerns.
Despite this, my experience inside Dunkin’ was excellent, and I highly recommend it for their exceptional service and freshly brewed beverages.
I recently moved into the area. I’ve been to this location three times now. The service, the exterior of the store, and the inside of the restaurant all have one matching quality… filthy. The staff are flat out rude. They lack professionalism and a smile. The place is always dirty inside and out. The school children patronize a lot in the morning, so perhaps the store will not lose sufficient income as a result of poor service and hygiene, but I won’t be coming back.
Horrible couldn’t get the deal I was offered for signing up for a dunkin rewards account, the app wouldn’t let me pay in store although it offered that option on the app to pay with cash in store and then they didn’t have giftcards for me to buy in order to add the money to My dunkin rewards account so i could get the offer i was promised for signing up, I asked for manager and there was not one on duty, they only wanted Me to add my credit card number, it was very suspicious and the place was not clean
Service here was absolutely atrocious. I approached the store very happy to get my mid morning drink and food but as I walked in this completely changed. The workers at this establishment are entirely disrespectful and they lack decorum. As I was waiting in line I watched those adult bullies make fun of everyone who got in line to order. Behind the cashier the other workers were sighing every time someone ordered. They are miserable and obviously hate their job. Dunkin needs to hire people who actually want to do a good job those people that I met today do not deserve the money. On top of this my drink was not made correctly at all it was completely different from what I wanted. This is absurd and I will not be going there again.
Asked about a pecan crunch that they literally had months ago and everyone of the workers there were rude about it like I was ignorant to their menu. They egg one another on to continue to say snippy comments that are very unnecessary. This was on the date of April 23, 2024 at 11:45am. I will not be back to get anything and would rather spend the extra money with Starbucks over this brand. At least they will recommend a different drink over arguing with a customer over something that don’t matter. Prime example of don’t bring ur personal issues to work. We don’t cause the drama in ur life, u do.
