I live nearby so I frequent this Dunkin often over the last 5 years. The staff has gotten worse and worse. They are slow, rude, and inattentive. I have seen them argue with customers and just plain provide bad customer service. They hide in the back and don’t come out to wait on customers, they close down equipment hours before they close so they can’t make specialty drinks, and they close before the posted time. Overall a terrible Dunkin.
I ordered a coffee after work, normally I am in my own world and just wait for my coffee. However, I was having trouble because Kiki was on the phone while working talking about their personal life loudly in front of all the customers. She was using a lot of vulgar language and was bad-mouthing the establishment. I doubt I’m going to come back to this Dunkin.
May 5th At 6pm. Very rude, angry I came in to order coffee, mad she had to make coffee, dating not taking anymore customers,both giving rude looks at me. If you don’t like your job quit. They’re not going far in life acting like that. Honestly scared to even drink the coffee n
Limited sense of urgency during morning rush, mixed crowd of orders including what seems to be gradeschool students and general local walkins. Unfriendly, maybe understaffed, yelled at customer while ordering that it’s just going to be a minute while making food. Top tier one of the worst dunkin experiences. Mobile ordered well in advance, waited 15 minutes standing inside. Never coming here again.

The workers are really less mannered. I was taking my time while choosing orders. The employee was calling me excuse me excuse me!! I was busy with the menu, and then she gave me a certain look. Don’t know how to describe it. And then laughed with other employees. It embarrassed me in front of everyone. Low class cappuccino anyway.
