I ordered the maple bacon sandwich croissant sandwich gave me a veggie egg which I did not specify, also the croissant was hard so I went back. I told him I did not order this egg I just want a regular egg and please do not toast the croissant as much. The second time around the egg was fine the croissant was very hard and the bacon was completely under cooked!!! I tried to call to get some to speak to someone I got a voicemail and no one has called me back. The gentleman took my receipt so I was unable to take the survey to make someone aware of the service I got.
Delicious donuts and coffee, nice interior, friendly service, highly recommend.
The food was typical for a Dunkin’ Donuts, so it doesn’t change between stores much. However, the service was sub-par. The lady serving us (who appeared to be the manager) was indifferent, off-putting, and plain rude. She was not kind to her employees. “This isn’t clean because some idiot before us didn’t clean it up.” She was speaking very loudly, so we could hear most everything she was saying. She said to one of the new employees, “sorry, this isn’t usually how it goes, it’s really stressful.” At first, I chalked up the service to her being overwhelmed (I mean, we all have our bad days), but I looked through past reviews and it seems to be a pattern. If you are doing a drive through, it’s fine. Other than that, wouldn’t recommend it, the inside feels less like the vibe that Dunkin tries to make and more like a mix between “Hell’s Kitchen” and a reality TV show.
Cool of the girl working at 3:13pm today 3/21/24 to pretend she didn’t see me walk in and stand at the counter. I really feel sorry for the manager and owner. Can’t imagine running a business with help like that.
I am so sick of being disrespected and belittled everytime I go to the drive thru here. It’s not just the same person each time either. I realize they probably can’t get other jobs, but they need to be held accountable for how they treat customers.
