it’s wild that you can work at Dunkin’ Donuts and not know how to spread cream cheese on a bagel just look at the picture yall are a joke
I’ve gone here many times on the way in to work and I wish I could say I’ve had the best coffee and service here. Also what is up with how they built the curb right next to the window? It’s impossible to pull up to the window at all.
Donuts tend to be less fresh and often thrown carelessly into bags, like with the glaze facing down. Sometimes the napkins are directly on the glaze and remove it.
More recently I got a lukewarm coffee, basically cold, when I ordered a midnight roast. I will order a regular roast from now on.
Why is this the only Dunkin I have a problem at? Waited 15mins for a coffee when there was only 2 people in front of me. I came back later to get an iced caramel with cream and sugar and it had an absurd amount of sugar and a dash of cream. Never had a problem anywhere else but here.
Consistently gets my drinks and food wrong. Was told that they didn’t receive part of my order that I showed them a receipt for and made me loop the building 3 times to keep their drive thru timers down before finally making my food. The order was still wrong when they finally made it
Wish we had a six star option. This place hired the kindest staff you could imagine
