When to the Albion New York store.
Was excellent service and fresh donuts
And the new feature chocolate donut with white cream in between the two halves of the donuts like a whoopie pie
Was amazing and absolutely delicious
I bought 2. And tomorrow I will go back and get some more
Also. I bought the dog squeaky toys
And they are so adorable. And loved that the proceeds go to charity
Thank you Albion store. My cashier was efficient and so helpful and friendly

The guy that was working the drive thru on Saturday, January 27th at about 3pm made my frozen hot chocolate better than anyone ever !!!
I enjoyed drinking hot peppermint mocha with 5 shots every morning while I was driving the truck to deliveries
went in and they had no clue how to charge for an refill cup which was fine until I got the coffee. The girl seemed high, and forgot to put ice in my ICED coffee. I then got her attention and said she forgot ice and didn’t offer to fix it, instead gave me a cup of ice when I had no room to put it in. She dumped half of the coffee out so I didn’t get what I paid for and dumped the cold foam out and I had to continue to ask for it be put in as I paid an extra dollar for it. Service was very neglectful, and I asked for three sugars in which was forgotten as well. after everything I went to put my own sugar in, and there was brown hairs ( I have blonde) in the cold foam, so ultimately dumped the coffee and wasted my money.
I bought a gift card here, and either an employee screwed up or the system malfunctioned, but the gift card ended up with no value on it.
Went in twice hoping to get it taken care of, and both visits were fruitless.
Clearly this was a mistake on their end, yet I’m the one playing for it. Get your act together, Dunkin.
