Inefficient front staff.
No understanding among them. The front staff doesn’t even know what food items they are out of, they just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting.
They were out of hash browns that we ordered initially which was notified to us after waiting for about 20 mins in the store.
But the gentleman preparing the food was nice, he prepared the rest of our order & replaced the hash browns with other available food items.
The store is located inside Delta store.

Had to stop at Dunkin on the way back to Canada and I have to say it was a bit of a disappointment when it came to donuts. They weren’t all that great. The cappuccino was fine.
Staff was friendly and patient. Service was quick
It was my first DD in a long time and I was a bit disappointed by the dunkin donuts in this branch. It doesn’t carry the same dunkin donuts in the Philippines. The lady at the counter was lovely and she’s amazing how she handled all the customers alone. Atmosphere is awsome, but I went there for the donuts.
The ice coffee and donuts were tasty. It was at a gas station and the service was very slow and had to ask how to make the drink I ordered. All good in the end
Plain jane chain to pick up something for breakfast b/c you’re on the run and don’t have time to go to someplace nice. Sometimes they get your order right, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the food is cold, sometimes it’s pipping hot. It’s like the lottery!
