The everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese I was eating felt like I was eating construction paper, because you guys are so cheap to put no more then a little baby size container on your strawberry cream cheese bagels.
There was LIKE 5 percent cream cheese!!!
Why is that?
They messed up my order twice. A female employee changed our order in the register to the wrong thing. She ended up having to remake my coffee drink. Then I was overcharged and didn’t end up even being able to use my coupon as I should have been had the order been correct in the register. Finally, she added 2 additional donuts even though I only asked for two. Did she do that to increase my order amount? The area was messy, the table was dirty and overall the day I was there the staff wasn’t very friendly. By contrast the night shift staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and polite. If you go during the afternoon, be prepared for a lot of people and the chance that you won’t get what you asked for.
The donuts weren’t fresh enough, so that’s why dnt go early in the morning cause they gave u the previous day donuts
A very scary place a lot of homeless outside asking for money. Not even a quarter but a dollar every time. The donuts are hard a lot of the time the staff if u can find one get to u sooner or later. Overall if u must go here do. However best to avoid
Staff so rude. My ice cream fell when I was still in store I asked for another scoop they said no.
