Sometimes they mess up my coffee orders, meaning it doesn’t taste good at all despite expensive! Once they messed up our donut order when we did member order online and they gave us wrong selection and old donuts that were not fresh nor good! That was the most disappointing experience along with buying coffee and drinks before that I had to end up throwing away right after because it wasn’t good. There were a couple good experiences therefore I don’t want to be too harsh with the rating/review! I still think they can improve here as I believe they are and will.
Employees are extremely sloppy and slow. It was 6:30 am of a Sunday, no customers in the store. I ordered my food 10 minutes prior reaching to the store. When I went there it was not prepared. When I asked about it they kept on talking about what order I have made and if I have ordered any coffee or Naah. I told them the full order and they took ten more minutes just prepare a latte and an egg sandwich yet not made properly. This seriously should learn how to respect people’s time! People order ahead online to save their time.
Sales associate/ Cashier was lousy!!! She acted like she was giving you the order for free. When you are a paying customer. She was horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. I go into a Dunkin Donuts every day. I am a well paying customer. I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment!!!
I come in 3-5 times a week. If I order on the app I can come in and avoid the line.
Customer Service – I feel like most are good experiences. Sometimes the employees have their off days but other days are really friendly. You can’t expect someone to wake up on the right side of the bed every morning lol
Came here couple days ago on the 14 they took forever to get my mom her coffee asking me what I ordered her when i got the coffee the top wasn’t on correctly and it spilled on my hand and could have left me with 3rd degree burns we told them the top wasn’t on properly and they seem to not even care. They allow a man to beg for money outside of their establishment don’t go here go to the other one by chase on 30ave
